The glute bridge is an exercise that’s often overlooked, or only mentioned in passing when you’re looking for more to strengthen your core.
The reason you should be doing glute bridges is because they have so many benefits.
The benefits of glute exercises include: strengthening your core muscles, strengthening your ankles, strengthening the gluteus maximus muscles, improving your flexibility, increasing your flexibility in the hips, and even improving your circulation.
Glute bridges are a great exercise to work on to strengthen the glutes, ankles, and hamstrings.
They’re also a great way to train your glutes and hamstring to be able to lift weights.
