I don’t really know what the hell I’m doing when I do this exercise.
I’m trying to stretch my hip out like a ball and I’m just standing there in a chair and I look up at this guy and I say, “Can I just help you out here?”
And he goes, “No, no, you can’t do that.
This is a ball chair.”
So I sit down and I pull the ball chair over me and he puts it on my shoulders and he bends me over and I bend my legs and he stretches me.
I sit on his shoulders for 10 minutes.
And then I have to take the ball out and he pulls it out and I take it out again and he says, “You can’t bend your legs this far.”
So, I’m like, “Oh my god, what the heck?”
So I sit and I just do this, I have no idea what to do.
I think I should just go back to my chair, put it down and just be like, I don, I really don’t know what to say.
So I’m sitting there and I think, I am just really struggling with this, and it’s really, really hard.
I can’t get up off of it.
It’s just really hard to move and I don?t know what else to do because I have just no idea.
I don and he goes back to the ball and he tells me that I should probably put it back in and then he says to me, “Hey, come here, sit on my shoulder.”
And he puts his arm around me and I sit back down and then it was like, wow.
It felt like he was like a real big, strong, big man, I mean, it?s amazing.
He was like an all-American guy.
So, that was the first time I felt like, oh, I?m actually going to get out of this chair.
